City of Vancouver ("City") of its intent to contract with KERR WOOD LEIDAL ASSOCIATES LTD (KWL) to provide environmental services related to the development of a new tidal wetland and rain garden as part of the new Kinross South Park & Foreshore Park, for a five-year monitoring program. Due to instream works associated with the project, five years of environmental monitoring is required under the Water Sustainability Act to ensure compliance with applicable environmental standards. KWL has been involved with the project for approximately eight years and is currently part of the consultant team as a subconsultant. Their extensive project knowledge and familiarity with the site, regulatory requirements, and historical monitoring data would support continuity, consistency, and efficient delivery of the ongoing monitoring program.
