Ruben Drive Pump Station Replacement includes construction of a new building, installation of controls, generator, wet well, pumps, piping, and associated site work. Scope additionally covers related rehabilitation and renovation of buildings, sanitary sewer (gravity), sewer pump station, electrical and controls, sewer force main, generator installation, aggregate and concrete flatwork foundation, concrete walkway, fittings and valves, traffic control, pavement removal, landscaping, excavation, temporary erosion control, paving (asphalt or concrete), gas line (new, repair, or relocation), lift stations and equipment, miscellaneous plumbing and mechanical systems, sewer and water construction, masonry construction and restoration, site excavation and grading, street and road repairs, water and wastewater facilities, curbs, and both commercial and private water/wastewater infrastructure.
