The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, Selective Demolition, Interior Restoration, Finishes Restoration, Casework Replacement, Plumbing and Electrical Construction. The scope of work includes: selective demolition of fire and water damaged building components, removal of damaged gypsum board, ceilings, flooring, casework, mechanical and electrical systems, and related materials as required for reconstruction; reconstruction of interior partitions and building assemblies, including metal stud framing, gypsum board, insulation, firestopping, joint sealants, rough and finish carpentry, and associated architectural repairs; replacement and restoration of interior finishes, including acoustical ceiling systems, luxury vinyl tile flooring, carpet tile, resilient base, painting, coatings, wall protection, and other finish materials required to restore affected areas; furnishing and installation of new plastic laminate casework, millwork, accessories, and related architectural components to replace damaged building elements; modifications and restoration of plumbing, HVAC, lighting, power controls, and associated electrical systems required to support the reconstructed spaces and return the facility to full operation following the fire event. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form, which includes all attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before posting. All applicable attachments in the Response Form must be completed and uploaded before a bid can be posted in the Quest CDN plan room.
