Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Eveleth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes the construction of approximately: mobilization, clearing and grubbing, removal of 30 LF pipe sewer, removal of 50 LF chain link fence, placement of 20 CY crushed rock, 35 CY common excavation, plugging and abandoning two pipe sewers, connecting to existing forcemain (2 each), installation of five tracer wire access boxes, installation of 30 LF 8" forcemain HDPE SDR 17, 2,350 LF 8" forcemain HDPE SDR 17 via directional drilling, construction of three flushing drainage structures (design 84-4020), three casting assemblies, installation of 50 LF wire fence (design 72-9322), traffic control, one storm drain inlet protection, 270 LF silt fence type PA, 100 CY common topsoil borrow (CV), turf establishment, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Targeted Group Business Program Goals, and Veteran-Owned Small Business, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Build America Buy America, as well as the requirements outlined in the corresponding Project Labor Agreement.
