Valley Medical Center Lake Wilderness Clinic L2 Expansion Tenant improvement of the shelled level 2 floor plate within an existing two-story building. Work includes minor demolition of walls to accommodate the reconfigured space, as well as new casework, lighting, and finishes throughout, along with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support a new primary care clinic with exam, treatment, office, and support spaces. The project will be phased to support continuous operation of the existing clinic on the first floor. The first phase will consist of the level 2 clinic build-out, including the blood lab and entry stair. This phase must be fully operational before the second phase begins, with a 60-day period between phase 1 substantial completion and the start of the next phase. Bids are to be prepared in compliance with the instructions provided, sealed, and submitted to the indicated location by the specified date and time. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount is required. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening. A mandatory prebid conference for all bidders will be held at the project site. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain required insurance and bonds. Qualifications must be submitted with the bid. The project is to reach substantial completion within 270 calendar days from the date of contract award. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
