Site work for a water / sewer project in Gorham, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of upsizing the existing drainage channel from Canandaigua Lake up to Lake Drive, including installing a 5’x10’ wide precast U-Channel. The existing 3’x4’ box culvert under Lake Drive will be removed and replaced with a 5’x10’ precast box culvert. This upsizing of the drainage structures is intended to mitigate future storm events and flooding of residential homes. Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, regardless of where Bidding Documents are obtained. Addenda and official documents will only be available through the designated website. The Town of Gorham reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or make an award to other than the low bidder, and may limit the amount of the award. Bidders must observe conditions of employment and minimum wage rates under the contract. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents.
