Padre Dam Municipal Water District is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to prepare bid documents for the Ray Stoyer Water Reclamation Facility Demolition. The work includes the demolition of the existing facility, which has been taken out of service, with cleaning, waste removal, and scrapping of above ground chemical storage tanks and odor scrubber system already completed. Any questions related to this RFP shall be provided in writing to: Michael Hindle, Engineering Manager at: mhindle@padre.org. All inquiries shall be received by June 25, 2026. Questions and responses will be posted to Padre Dam’s website. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
