Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Santee, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.

Alpine Union School District is requesting informal bids for the installation of two concrete pads required for new generators. One generator will be installed at Joan MacQueen Middle School, and the other will be installed at Creekside Early Learning Center. Subcontract labor, material, and performance bonds are required for any subcontract value over $100,000 and may be required for subcontracts valued at less than $100,000. Bond premiums will be reimbursed by Fordyce Construction, Inc., unless already included in the subcontract proposal. Subcontractors are responsible for reviewing all plans, specs, and addenda with the issuing agency. Assistance is available to interested subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials, and support is offered regarding bonding, insurance, or credit lines. Fordyce Construction encourages all trade subcontractors to utilize MBE/WBE/DBE/OBE/DVBE/SLBE/ELBE businesses.
