This Invitation to Tender is issued for the selection of a General Contractor for Sechelt Hospital Fluoroscopy Room Renovation Project # F204-00. The scope includes all general construction work needed to prepare the room for new fluoroscopy equipment. The renovation involves demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural modifications to accommodate the new equipment within a total area of 39.32 m². Additionally, it includes constructing a new equipment enclosure of approximately 2.5 m² on Level 0 to house support equipment for the fluoroscopy system. Removal of the existing equipment and installation of new equipment will be performed by the Owner’s vendor under a separate contract. The General Contractor is responsible for coordination to ensure the room and services are ready for installation.
