Site work and renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Sechelt, British Columbia. Working plans call for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Renovation of existing single storey Totem Lodge Long Term Care Building. The existing long term care space has been vacated and all finishes removed. Re-roofing and partial seismic upgrade have been carried out under a separate contract and permit. The project is to reinstate all finishes and partial reconfiguration to accommodate 37 transitional care patients using the existing layout, total area 1606 sm. Primarily interior scope throughout with some minor exterior scope to accommodate new cooling unit to the roof and enclose exterior window to the server room. TIMELINE: The tender for a general contractor was cancelled. It has yet to be determined whether a future tender will be re-issued.
