The project covers a 13-acre park featuring amenities such as splash pads, playgrounds, parking, pickle ball and basketball courts, a walking trail, and two restrooms. The requested bid packages are: Site Work, Site Concrete, Shade Structures, Bathroom Buildings (with subcomponents), Pickleball and Basketball Courts, Splash Pad, Playground, Fencing, Monument Sign, Site Furnishings, Landscaping and Irrigation, and Electrical.
