The resulting contract will provide an on-call, task order-based construction program for pedestrian infrastructure improvements supporting safety, accessibility, mobility, and streetscape enhancement throughout the Orange Blossom Trail corridor. Work will be performed within the OBTDB Project Areas, including the Orange Blossom Trail Municipal Service Taxing Unit (MSTU) and OBT Next Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and Venue shall lie in Orange County, Florida. The Orange Blossom Trail Development Board (OBTDB) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide sidewalk repair and replacement services within designated Orange Blossom Trail improvement areas.
