Site work for a water / sewer project in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for constructing compressed air (big bubble) mixing improvements at Water Conserv II WRF. Bidders must be appropriately licensed Florida Contractors pursuant to Chapter 489 Florida Statutes to be considered responsible bidders and eligible to be awarded a contract. Instructions on electronic submittal are in the bid package. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to contact the Procurement and Contracts Division or visit the provided website prior to submitting a bid to ascertain if any addenda have been issued, obtain all such addenda, and acknowledge executed addenda in OpenGov. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all Bids, or to re-advertise for Bids. Awards, if made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the City, price and other factors considered.
