The Believe Center has an estimated 91 light fixtures that will require replacing entirely with LED fixtures. We are interested in receiving quotes to having all of the replaced and upgraded to an energy saving LED. Replace and upgrade all interior with new LED 54 2x4 fixtures 24 1x4 decorative fixtures 11 1x4 shop light style fixtures 2 can lights Clean, remove debris, and restore property to original condition or better where applicable The city requires that all contractors list any authorized representation licensing with OEM's for extended warranty of components and/or systems. These documents will support expertise, factory training, and installation standards of performing contractor. All work to be performed in a professional manner by all trades involved, and by licensed trades as required, i.e. electrician All Federal/State/City codes must be maintained; and all work performed to code Contractors are responsible to obtain any/or permits as needed Selected Vendor must show that all permits have been obtained and posted Best efforts must be made to protect city property and or grounds Services to be timely made, with site to be left clean and in safe condition All work to be performed can be done so on straight time. Building access hours are from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. All questions regarding the plans and specifications must be in writing submitted through the PlanetBids website Q&A tab. The City's responses will be posted through PlanetBids. The Parties agree to a goal of 15% Minority workforce who are qualified to perform work on the construction of the Project in order to meet the Owner's stated inclusion goals and objectives.
