Jefferson Sr Center Scope: - Replacement of 4 bathroom exhaust fan motors - Replacement of 2 wall unit exhaust fans - Verification of proper functionality/power PAL Building - Replacement of 10 exhaust fan motors - Verification of proper functionality/power Job Specifications: - All prints/permits to be included by contractor - Equipment rental provided by contractor - Work to be performed Monday-Friday, 7am to 3pm - Bid should include line item of T&M pricing for troubleshooting power issues if needed - Bid should include line item of T&M pricing for running new power/controls if needed
