Questions shall be directed to Jeffrey Knueve, E.I., S.I. at (419) 213-2853 or jknueve@co.lucas.oh.us The services include preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimate to construct a modern roundabout at the intersection of Angola Road and Holland-Sylvania Road in Springfield Township and the City of Toledo, Lucas County in accordance with the Lucas County Engineer’s Office current roundabout design standards. The project includes: Intersection of Angola Road and Holland-Sylvania Road: Construct a roundabout at the intersection to replace the existing traffic signal. Add sidewalks and crosswalks on all approaches to facilitate pedestrian traffic traversing through the intersection. Approach Roads: Mill and resurface Angola Road from 0.12 miles west of Holland-Sylvania Road to 0.12 miles east of Holland-Sylvania Road. Mill and resurface Holland-Sylvania Road from 0.14 miles south of Angola Road to 0.06 miles north of Angola Road. Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below.
