Site work for a civil project in Bearden, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The city of Bearden is considering applying for a Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF) Grant from the Delta Regional Authority for a water/wastewater improvement project and is seeking the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for this project. Procedures for selection will follow DRA procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated based on specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability to perform the work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. All interested parties must submit their response to the RFQ package, including 3 paper copies and 1 digital copy, to Shelley Morehead, Southwest Arkansas Planning & Development District, Inc., P.O. Box 767, 101 Harvey Couch Boulevard, Magnolia, AR 71754-0767.
