Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Montrose, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The work involves improvements to Montrose Regional Airport, specifically the Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) and Fixed Walkway Connectors. Major work items include removal of existing concrete pedestals, additional structural reinforcement, removal and replacement of existing aircraft apron pavement around the new structure, and the build out of existing Gate 4 & 5 canopies to be enclosed and refinished. The Fixed walkway and PBB are to be provided and installed by separate vendors. Bidders are required to provide all information as specified in the Contract Documents and must bid on all items of every schedule or as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. A bid guarantee of five percent of the total bid amount is required. Compliance with 49 CFR Part 26, Davis-Bacon wage and labor provisions, and submission of bids as specified are mandatory.
