The Township received one bid on 7/7/26 for the Winding Run Road project: -The Shelly Company, $63,770.90. also The project has not yet been awarded. The Trustees have reviewed the bid package, but are still waiting for an Engineer's estimate to come in for another project. 2026 Chip Seal Winding Run Road Project. Scope: Double Chip Seal (#57 Limestone at 25 lbs/sy and MC-3000 Seal at 0.50 gal/sy for the first course then #8 Limestone at 25 lbs/sy and MC-3000 Seal at 0.40 gal/sy for the second course). The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informalities or irregularities and to award the contract to the lowest and best, responsible, and responsive bidder whose proposal is deemed most favorable to the Township. Award is subject to final approval.
