Site work for a mixed-use development in Tallulah, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; road / highway; playground / park / athletic field; municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The City of Tallulah is seeking Louisiana licensed engineering assistance for projects including engineering services for an enhanced lime treatment water plant, installation of water distribution lines, installation of a new oxidation pond liner, improvements to the sewer system and/or wastewater treatment plant, municipality owned roads rehabilitation, facility construction, and parks projects. The selected engineering firm will be required to provide services such as project scoping, preliminary engineering, design and re-design engineering, and construction-related services in compliance with local, state, and federal funding requirements. The firm must also assist with preparation of bid packages, supervision of bid advertising and award process, on-site construction supervision, inspection reports, reviewing and approving contractor payment requests and change orders, providing as-built drawings, conducting inspections and project closeout, and value engineering as necessary. Proposals must address all ranking criteria, and interested firms should provide rate structures in a sealed envelope, with selection based on qualifications criteria.
