Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the addition of a 85,045-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of July 15, 2026, all bid received were rejected. Sealed bids will be received for the Public Safety Building Elevator Addition and Alterations Project. The work generally consists of an elevator building addition with associated site work, alternates for additional interior and exterior improvements, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing replacement. The Work will be awarded under separate prime contracts for General, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Construction. Instructions to bidders include submitting bids via the PennBid website by the specified deadline, attending a mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour, and submitting all questions through the PennBid website by the stated deadline. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. The project is subject to the Davis Bacon Wage requirements, Build America Buy America Act, RACP funding, and the Pennsylvania Office of the Budget Domestic Steel Products Procurement Act. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in awarding the bid.
