Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: demolition of existing chips and fine pathway with wood border, boardwalk, on-grade timber walkway, shelter, and amenities; construction of new chips and fines pathways, above grade boardwalk, on-grade boardwalk, trail entrance, benches, waste bin, and interpretive signage. Sealed bids are required. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check payable to Park Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days thereafter. Access to the park for site inspection is available during the park’s operating hours. Drawings and specifications are available online or upon request from Prein&Newhof, with fees for hard copies. Electronic documents will be accessible only to Prein&Newhof Plan Room members.
