This specification describes minimum requirements for the supply of blowers, including blow-off valves or air modulating valves (both are part of the blower operating system), parts, equipment, and ancillary associated services to provide, maintain, replace, inspect, and repair Howden Aeration System Compressors (Turblex Blowers) installed at various facilities for the Office of Water Treatment and Reclamation, Department of Watershed Management. The work includes provision and servicing of specific groups of Turblex blowers by model and location. Bidders must comply with safety, equipment, and manufacturer certification requirements, provide original and manufacturer-approved parts, offer service performed by authorized personnel, and meet specified warranty and reporting obligations. All equipment and services must meet applicable federal and state safety standards and specifications. Bidders must supply parts and service manuals as requested, and provide adequate training on the use of supplied equipment. Bidders must identify all subcontractors in their submission and comply with all required documentation and forms. All supplied items must be new, free of defects, and conform to specified standards and quality controls. Payment, warranty, and guarantee conditions apply.
