The scope of work includes annual inspection of fuel tanks. Instructions to bidders indicate that proposals must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 19.5-Small Business Total Set-Asides. Bids must be valid for at least 60 days. There is one scheduled site visit, and access requests and attendee lists are required in advance. The proposal must include review of the Oil Tank Statement of Work, management and administration document, and storage tanks capacity record. Quotes may only be submitted by email. Contractors should be aware of possible delays at installation gates and comply with all security procedures. The SCA Wage Determination has been incorporated and all solicitation terms and conditions will be included in the contract award by reference. One site visit is scheduled for 21 May 2026 at 10:00 hours local time. 4. Interested Proposers/Contractors will be picked up at the Mainside VCC in Colts Neck in advance of the visit. If you already have an active pass for NWS Earle Mainside, you are only required to submit names of attendees for the site visit.
