The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and project management services necessary to perform miscellaneous paving, concrete, and minor construction work. This includes pavement installation and maintenance involving aggregate base course, asphalt base course, and asphalt wearing course; concrete rehabilitation and maintenance; and installation and maintenance of traffic control devices such as guardrails and pavement markings. The contractor must also ensure mobilization readiness and maintain response time capabilities. Work requires preparation and coordination of relevant documentation, supervision, technical expertise, and coordination among all parties involved. Location: Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, NJ. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude for this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
