Contractors Prequalified in one of these Work Types are eligible to bid this project: 4, 4b or 5 Estimated Range $10,000,001 to $20,000,000 The Principal Items of Work Consist of: Bridge Quantity Unit Description 10,000 Sf Concrete Deck Repair, Type B 6,000 Lf Deck Joint Reseal (Silicon) 20,000 Sy Epoxy Waterproofing 1,044 Mile Clearing Site Bridge Deck Sweeping 300,000 Sy Deck Corrosion Inhibitor 150,000 Sy Methacrylate Flood Coat 4,800 Sf Power Tool Cleaning and Painting 600,000 Sy Bridge Deck Power Washing Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD Commissioner) makes an initial determination that an employer has violated the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.) by paying wages at rates less than the rates applicable under that act, the LWD Commissioner may immediately issue a stop-work order to cease all business operations at every site where the violation has occurred, and may assess a civil penalty of $5,000 per day against the employer for each day it conducts business operations in violation of the stop-work order. If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d).
