Demolition, site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Jackson Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project includes the demolition and removal of an existing 42" CMP culvert pipe and concrete endwall, the installation of a new 48" SLCPP culvert pipe and associated precast concrete endwalls in place, minor grading as part of culvert installation, placement of riprap and scour protection, restoration of the roadway, and all other associated work as described in the Construction Drawings. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply. Jackson Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. all questions are to be submitted through PennBid and are due by June 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. All questions shall be submitted to Engineer in writing via the Public Bidding Website. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
