Demolition, site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Jackson Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project includes the demolition and removal of two separate existing 36" CMP culvert pipes, the installation of new 48" SLCPP culvert pipes and associated precast concrete endwalls in place, minor grading as part of culvert installation, placement of riprap, restoration of the roadway, and all other associated work as more fully described in the Construction Drawings. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond for ten percent of the bid total. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry apply. Jackson Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. Work shall be substantially completed on or before October 15, 2026, Final completion- October 30, 2026.
