Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sammamish, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project involves providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete asphalt paving, ADA improvements, possible limited signal loop installation (to be determined), pedestrian tubular markers and delineators on one street, and associated roadway improvements. Work generally includes paving and overlaying existing roadways with hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement, adjusting utility structures, and installing new pavement markings along the following roads: 212th Ave SE (from SE 24th Street to SE 14th Place, and from SE 8th Street to SE 4th Street), Issaquah-Pine Lake Road SE (from 228th Avenue SE to 234th Avenue SE), SE 29th Street (from 228th Avenue SE to 226th Avenue SE), 223rd Avenue SE (from SE 20th Street to the north end of the road including the cul-de-sac at SE 18th Court), and SE 8th Street (between 212th Ave SE and the westernmost limits of the curb return of 214th Avenue SE). Bids must be submitted through the City's procurement platform, Bidnet. Communication regarding the ITB should be done solely through Bidnet, and any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding. Questions must be submitted via Bidnet by the specified deadline, and it is the responsibility of bidders to check for amendments or Q&As. Questions will be answered in writing and posted on online.
