Description

Site work for a development in Kenmore, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete fish passage improvements at two locations within the “Tributary 0057” stream. The work includes, but is not limited to, installing large woody material, step controls, localized pools, and other streambed restoration elements. Ancillary activities involve installation of a temporary stream bypass, temporary erosion and sediment controls, and native vegetation. All bidding must comply with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to submit a responsive bid. Access to project bid documents is provided online, and bidders are encouraged to register for notifications of addenda. All questions must be submitted electronically.
