VOR Second Stage Competitive Process - General Contractor: Cataraqui Building - Cooling Tower Replacement. A summary of the scope of work is as follows: 1- Structural modification to accommodate new cooling tower. 2- All requisite M&E services for temporary disconnect, and alterations as needed. 3- Removal of existing cooling tower and associated system components. 4- Supply and installation of new cooling tower and associated system components. 5- Supply and installation of new electrical equipment. 6- Removal and replacement of all materials no longer required. 7- Any required interior repairs, patching and painting relating to scope of work. 8- Apply for updated building permit # D30-0489-2023 previously issued on June 22, 2023. Please note, contractor will be responsible for the application, acquisition and payment for any/all permits required for the project unless otherwise indicated by Queen's Project Manager.
