The work consists of providing perimeter fence repair services on an as-needed basis to maintain the security and structural integrity of the installation fence line. Services include routine and after-hours emergency repairs to existing perimeter fencing, with all replacements and repairs required to match the existing fence type and configuration. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work, including removal and disposal of demolished or excess materials and restoration of disturbed areas by cleaning, leveling, patching, seeding, and watering as required. Temporary fencing must be provided, installed, maintained, and removed by the contractor for any breach of the perimeter fence when repairs exceed 24 hours. All work must comply with applicable UFC, NFPA, OSHA, IBC, and other governing codes and standards. The contractor must maintain immediate availability of qualified personnel, materials, and parts to meet required response times. Routine repairs require a response within 72 hours, while emergency after-hours repairs must be addressed within 24 hours or less. Pricing is based on firm-fixed prices per linear foot with minimum quantities per task order. The scope includes advance procurement of an estimated minimum of 750 linear feet of perimeter fencing materials, which will be stored on site at a government-designated location for use throughout the period of performance.
