Work generally includes draining and preparation of existing pool and spa vessels; demolition and disposal of deteriorated materials; substrate repairs; installation of new interior plaster finish; replacement of damaged tile; completion of identified code compliance upgrades; startup and chemical balancing; restoration of disturbed areas; and obtaining all required final approvals for return to operation.
