Renovation of a swimming pool in Palm Desert, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Palm Desert Housing Authority invites sealed bids for the California Villas Pool Improvement Project, Project No. CHA00016. The work includes full removal of existing pool and spa plaster finish, surface preparation, bond coat application, and installation of a new plaster finish. Additional tasks include cleaning and restoration of waterline tile, installation of three LED pool/spa lights, application of brick clay coping sealer, and repair and repainting of pool/spa deck surfacing. All work must be performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Bidders are required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other necessary items to complete the project.
