Site work for a water / sewer project in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 17 tree clearing/grubbing, 15 each seal well, 15 each connect to existing water service, 15 each sacrificial anode bag, 1230 linear feet of 1-inch HDPE water service (directionally drilled), 750 linear feet of sediment control log, and 1500 square yards of type lawn sodding. All bidders and entities responding must comply with the provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor. Bids will be accepted only via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 06/30/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
