Construction of production well No. 7 including drilling via dual reverse rotary or cable tool method, regrading, and installation of pitless unit. Substantial completion of the production well is desired on or before April 30, 2027, and substantial completion of the pitless unit is desired on or before June 25, 2027. QA date - 9-2-2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Direct questions about this Project to Jon Christensen at jchristensen@wsbeng.com Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
