Bids for the 105th Street & Metcalf Avenue Traffic Signal Reconstruction (TS 3122) will be received online through Online. In order to be considered a qualified bidder, the online bid must be completed and submitted, all addenda acknowledged, and a copy of the bid bond or Surety2000 authorization code uploaded. Contractors can obtain the contract documents for preparing bids by downloading them electronically from Online for a non-refundable fee. No oral, facsimile, or telephonic bids or alterations will be accepted. Each bidder must submit with their bid a pdf copy of the original bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, or provide a bid bond authorization code from Surety2000, to be kept in effect until release is provided in writing by the City. The City may accept or reject any and all bids and waive any technicalities or irregularities. Bids may be modified or withdrawn through the Online site up to the deadline, but no bidder may withdraw their bid for thirty (30) days after the opening date. Filing a bid constitutes agreement to these conditions.
