Bids for the 2025 Major Storm Sewer Repair (MS-2014) will be received online. The online bid must be completed in full, all addenda acknowledged, and a copy of the bid bond or a Surety2000 authorization code uploaded. Contractors must obtain contract documents via Online and pay a non-refundable fee. Each bid must include a PDF copy of a bid bond equal to at least five percent of the total bid or a Surety2000 code. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities. Bids may be modified or withdrawn up to the opening, but may not be withdrawn for thirty days after opening. No oral, facsimile, or telephonic bids or alterations will be considered. Submitting a bid constitutes agreement to all stated conditions.
