Bids for the 93rd St. & Hardy Streetlighting (SL-3224) will be received online through Online. To be considered, bidders must complete and submit the online bid, acknowledge all addenda, and upload a copy of the bid bond or a Surety2000 authorization code. Contractors preparing bids may obtain contract documents electronically from Online for a non-refundable fee. Only online submissions will be accepted; oral, facsimile, or telephonic bids are not allowed. Each bid must include a pdf copy of a bid bond amounting to at least five percent of the total bid, or the Surety2000 authorization code. The original bid bond must be provided after the bid opening by the second business day. The City of Overland Park may accept or reject any or all bids and can waive technicalities or irregularities. Bids may be modified or withdrawn through the Online site before the opening, but no bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after the opening.
