Site Preparation & TESC o Install silt fence, inlet protection, and other BMPs as shown. o Maintain access and restore disturbed areas at completion. o Verify location/depth of all utilities prior to work. 2. Demolition o Remove and salvage existing luminaires for County storage. o Remove fencing sections and water valve components as noted. o Relocate existing electrical panel outside paving limits ("The contractor shall perform all excavation, trenching, utility exposure, and backfilling needed to prepare the site for County-installed electrical conduit and wiring"). 3. Paving o Install approximately 10,400 SF of new asphalt paving per plan. o Grind and replace the existing HMA speed cushion per detail. 4. Drainage & Stormwater o Install the 2-foot-wide conveyance drain with perforated pipe and drain rock. o Install the Contech StormFilter catch basin per detail. o Construct the infiltration gallery (40' x 14' x 5') with geotextile and drain rock. o Install an observation well and cleanouts as shown. 5. Water Service Improvements o Install yard hydrants placed near luminaires as shown. o Connect hydrants to the existing water line per detail. 6. Grading o Perform minor grade adjustments to maintain sheet flow and support surface improvements. o Compact subgrade and rock sections to 95% Proctor and provide compaction reports. o Disposal of spoils is contractor's responsibility.
