There are approximately 40 cooking exhaust hoods and ventilation systems (including hoods, ducts, fans, filters, and vents) in 12 buildings that require annual cleaning, with most needing cleaning twice a year. Cleaning must be performed in accordance with legislative requirements and the National Fire Protection Association Standard 96 (NFPA-96). Food Services seeks one or two vendors capable of providing quality, timely, and cost-effective hood cleaning services as specified. Bidders should refer to the RFP and Draft Agreement for details.
