The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to obtain pricing and technical services for the supply and design of a modular underground stormwater management system, based on the StormSmart system or equivalent.The intent is to procure: A modular underground stormwater storage system capable of providing conveyance, detention, and infiltration functions. Engineering design and shop drawings prepared using Owner-provided site and survey information. Initial installation supervision and technical support (non-construction) to ensure system installation aligns with approved drawings and manufacturer requirements. Physical installation and construction are explicitly excluded from this RFQ.
