Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wells, Minnesota. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
Remove and replace concrete sidewalk (1,720 SF), curb and gutter (500 LF), concrete driveway (200 SF), bituminous street pavement (1,520 SF), and concrete street pavement (4,080 SF). Install 1” PE water service (2,029 LF) and complete site restoration (33 EA), together with numerous related items of work. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Targeted Group Business Program Goals, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Build America Buy America.
