Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hoquiam, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Reconstruction and improvement of a portion of Broadway Avenue that includes, but is not limited to, site preparation; clearing and grubbing; erosion and sediment control measures; demolition and removals; excavations; embankment construction, welded wire faced wall construction; paving; creek bypass, stormwater facilities; water main extension; guardrail; signage; surface restoration, seeding, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. This contract has a Federal Small Business Enterprise (FSBE) goal of 12%. The FSBE Program is an element of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in accordance with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26.39. MBE (6.1%), WBE (6.9%), This project shall be physically completed within 60 working days.
