Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work, for which bids are asked, generally includes the following: CONTRACT "A" - G ENERAL SITE CONSTRUCTION 1. Site improvements for the construction of a 72-stall parking lot and topsoil placement/regrading of the green space practice field area to the west of the baseball field with work including, but not limited to; erosion control, demolition, earthwork, landscape restoration, storm utilities, dense graded base, concrete flatwork, concrete curbing, asphalt paving, landscaping and site electrical. 2. Alternate Bids as represented in the Contract Documents. 3. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A, ALTERNATE A1" - SAND VOLLEYBALL COURTS (4) 1. Site improvement work for the construction of the four (4) sand volleyball courts with work including, but not limited to; sand placement, underdrain and athletic equipment. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed alternate as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid CONTRACT "A, ALTERNATE A2" - VOLLEYBALL FENCING & GATE 1. Site improvement work for the construction of four foot height fence and 4' wide gate adjacent to the volleyball courts. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed alternate as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. WORK BY OTHERS Work by others or OWNER that shall be concurrent to work of this contract includes the following: 1. Adjacent referendum project on the high school campus. 2. Coordinate work of these Contracts with all work by OWNER and others.
