Renovation of a military facility in Vienna, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The 910th Airlift Wing requires renovation of a portion of Building 305 at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station, specifically remodeling the Aircraft Maintenance Hangar Commander's Suite area and a portion of the hallway leading to the suite. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the following work: remove existing walls, doors, and drop ceiling from rooms 248-249; remove electrical within interior walls and relocate to new wall; remove carpeting from rooms 246-247-248-249; install new walls as per plan; paint all walls and install new vinyl base cove, with the hallway base cove to be 6" (Wedgewood Blue); remove and replace doors with solid cherry finish, reuse existing hardware, replace kick plates, and install metal jambs to be painted; install 6' x 4' picture windows as shown; reroute existing duct work in hangar as shown. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bidders must be HUBZone certified at the time of award.
