Reference Number 0000427204 The Ballard House Renovation and Barn Shed Addition Project includes converting the Ballard House at 450 Gregory Street into a restaurant containing a commercial kitchen, reconstructing the deck at the Ballard House, and adding a connection between the Ballard House and the Stevenson House at 460 Gregory Street. It also includes construction of a storage shed attached to the Barn, located at 470 Gregory Street, reconstruction of a patio on the west side of the Barn, and construction of a new trash enclosure along Cooper Street to serve the Ballard House, Barn, and other properties in the Gregory Point development . The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be in effect through the duration of the warranty period. The City of Black Hawk reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to readvertise for bids, or to withhold the award for any reason the City determines.
