Removal and disposal of grease, garbage, sewage, and other accumulated waste from seven grease traps and six lift stations at a VA healthcare facility. The contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, and supervision to pump out and remove all contents since the last service, pressure clean each grease trap and lift station, and fully expose all four sides and the bottom. Services shall be performed on a recurring schedule consisting of monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual pumping at designated buildings and equipment capacities, with all pumping conducted between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Grease, garbage, and waste shall be removed from VA property and disposed of by a hauler permitted in Pinellas County, with documentation provided identifying the disposal site location and gallons disposed. The contractor shall coordinate inspections with the designated VA representative, obtain acceptance signatures after each service, and provide legible service records detailing the date, device type and location, capacity, time, gallons pumped, condition of the interceptor or lift station, solids removed, disposal location, and permit number.
