Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Monett, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work includes: Construction of new railroad overpass bridge, extension of Box Culvert Bridge #2870013, and associated roadway improvements with ADA compliant sidewalk and removal of existing improvements. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The City of Monett reserves the right to reject any or all bids. MODOT - Chapell Dr Over BNSF Railroad Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc.
