Description

Sealed bids are invited from qualified bidders for the decommissioning and site restoration of the wastewater plant located at 56 King Street, Littleton, Massachusetts. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked. Prospective bidders are required to complete a one-time registration process on lelwd.com to access the scope of work and bid documents. Questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the bid is required, and the bid shall remain valid and cannot be withdrawn for 30 days after opening. The successful bidder must provide a payment bond equal to 50% of the bid with a qualified surety company. All bids must comply with Massachusetts bidding laws and minimum wage rates as determined by the Department of Labor Standards.
