Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Littleton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited from qualified bidders for the decommissioning and site restoration of the wastewater plant located at 56 King Street, Littleton, Massachusetts. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked. Prospective bidders are required to complete a one-time registration process on lelwd.com to access the scope of work and bid documents. Questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the bid is required, and the bid shall remain valid and cannot be withdrawn for 30 days after opening. The successful bidder must provide a payment bond equal to 50% of the bid with a qualified surety company. All bids must comply with Massachusetts bidding laws and minimum wage rates as determined by the Department of Labor Standards. LELWD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received. QA date - 6-25-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to: Matt Silverman, Littleton Electric Light and Water Departments, msilverman@lelwd.com Prospective bidders must be registered users of the website to submit questions regarding the project. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by LELWD at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids
