Solicitation for sealed bids is open to qualified demolition contractors for the complete demolition, removal, and site restoration of the former Cora Miller Hall at 1127 Chestnut, and associated structures at 1019 Chestnut, both located on the Newman Regional Health campus in Emporia, Kansas. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Bid – Cora Miller Hall Demolition.” Newman Regional Health will select based on the lowest and best bid, considering price along with the character, integrity, reputation, judgment, and experience of the contractor for this type of work. Newman Regional Health reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding.
